Why this website was created

While having dinner with my parents, Joel Ferguson and Tracy a few months ago, we were discussing the upcoming Ball Hog reunion while looking back on past reunions. At one point, we referenced the 45th reunion which we dubbed “Still Alive at Forty Five”. Over the course of beers that evening, we discussed the people we lost over the past years and that sharing this friendship and legacy is important now more than ever.

That is why this website was created. With the help of a great coworker, this website has been in the works for years. In it, you will find many of the incredible pictures that my mother took, a “brief 9 page history” of the Ball Hogs written by my mother, and most importantly…a place to appreciate this ever lasting bond.

After the beers that night, i said to the table; “If you’re not in heaven… come to forty seven”.

I hope to see every single one of you on August 31st.
